Charter services are governed separately by the Terms & Conditions attached to your quotation, together with the applicable booking agreement and any incorporated operator terms. Nothing in these Website Terms modifies, replaces, or limits those charter terms.
JetCharter.com acts as an air charter broker/indirect agent arranging on-demand air charter services with third-party air carriers/operators. JetCharter.com is not itself the certificated direct air carrier operating the aircraft. The applicable charter operator is responsible for the operation and safety of the aircraft and flight, subject to applicable law and the governing charter agreement.
If you separately opt in to receive SMS/text messages from JetCharter.com, the following SMS/Text Messaging Terms apply.
Marketing SMS: Marketing text messages may include special offers, discounts, service updates, and other promotional communications. Marketing SMS consent is optional and is collected separately from consent to receive non-marketing SMS.
Non-Marketing SMS: Non-marketing text messages may include quote-request communications, booking assistance, customer support, and flight-related communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
HELP: Reply HELP for assistance.
STOP: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message. To rejoin an SMS program, you may need to provide new consent through an available opt-in method.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Marketing SMS consent and non-marketing SMS consent are separate. Providing consent to receive non-marketing SMS does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS. JetCharter.com will not send marketing SMS to contacts who have not separately opted in to receive marketing messages.
JetCharter.com does not sell or share SMS opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Information collected through the Website is handled according to the JetCharter.com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another forum.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
JetCharter.com may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Terms applicable to a confirmed charter will be those incorporated into the applicable booking agreement, except as otherwise required by law.
